Many people know that cofee contains
which may cause several body problems like heart diseas and sleeping disorder.
The increase of cholesteror and blood pressure are also reported to be the
result of consuming coffe. However, coffe is not that bad. It does have its
positive sides that will contribute to human’s health.
Coffee is rich in antioxidants like chlorogenic acid and melanoidins.
Antioxidants prevent oxidation, a process that causes damage to cells and
contributes to aging. In addition to that, the caffeine in coffe is a
well-known stimulant. Coffe promotes alertness, attention and wakefulness.
Reguler coffe drinking reduces the risk of several diseases such as Parkion’s
disease, diabetes, Alzheimer disease and asthma. Several studies found that
drinking coffe on a regular basis in significantly less likely to develop these
diseases. The caffeine in coffee, for instance, is related to theophyline, an old
ashtma medication. Caffeine can open airways and improve ashtma symptoms.
Consuming too much coffee may bebad for our healthy. Regular coffee drinking,
not more than two cups a day, will be good for our body.
